This Fir Audio Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to products purchased directly from Fir Audio LLC (“Fir Audio”) at firaudio.com and products purchased from any authorized retailer, dealer or distributor of Fir Audio.
Fir Audio offers a one-year limited warranty on all Universal In Ear Monitor (IEM) products, all other universal products, accessories and tools. Fir Audio warrants to the original purchaser that all Universal In Ear Monitors (IEM) products, all other universal products, accessories and tools will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. Fir Audio will replace or repair Universal In Ear Monitor (IEM) products, all other universal products, accessories and tools within warranty. Fir Audio will cover the cost of shipping products back to the customer once repaired or replaced under warranty.
For EU Member customers, Fir Audio offers a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser of Universal In Ear Monitor (IEM) products, all other universal products, accessories and tools.
Within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery of a Universal IEM Product, all other universal products, accessories and tools purchased at firaudio.com, the original purchaser may return the product. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts. For returns within the 30-day time period, Fir Audio will provide a return shipping label. All such return will be subject to a 10% restock fee which will be deducted from the return of the purchase price.
LIMITED 3-YEAR WARRANTY
Fir Audio offers a three-year limited warranty on all Custom IEM Products and the cables provided with Custom IEM Products. Fir Audio warrants to the original purchaser that all Custom IEM Products and cables provided with Custom IEM Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery. Fir Audio will replace or repair Custom IEM Products and the cables provided with Custom IEM Products within warranty. Fir Audio will cover the cost of shipping Custom IEM Products and cables provided with Custom IEM Products once repaired or replaced under warranty.
To ensure the best fit possible of custom IEM products and to avoid a rejection of the impression molds by Fir Audio, customers should download the Fir Audio Impression Guide and take the Guide to their audiologist when having impression molds made.
Fir Audio is not responsible for fit issues due to characteristic of the impressions not immediately identified by Fir Audio upon the receipt of the impression molds from the customer. Upon receipt of the impression molds, if Fir Audio personnel identify an issue with the impression molds which will likely cause a fit issue, Fir Audio will notify the customer that new impression molds are necessary. If an issue is not identified upon receipt of the impression molds and if a customer requires refitting of a Custom IEM Product after delivery, the customer must notify Fir Audio within 30 calendar days of receipt of a Custom IEM Product. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and expenses in shipping of a Custom IEM Product back to Fir Audio for refitting adjustments. If after the second refitting adjustment Fir Audio determines that any further refitting issues are due to inadequate impression molds, the customer will be required to submit new impression molds and will be charged $99 by Fir Audio for the remaking of the Custom IEM Product based on the new impression molds.

This Warranty does not cover damage caused by: (a) failure to report a defect within the applicable warranty period; (b) abuse; (c) misuse; (d) accident; (e) fire; (f) water; (g) ear wax; (h) misapplication or use contrary to written instructions; (i) abnormal operating conditions such as high or low temperatures, humidity or corrosive elements; (j) improper storage; (k) excessive volume; (l) shock; (m) negligence; (n) customer’s alterations or modifications to the product; (o) misuse of ear gel; (p) acts of God; (q) normal wear and tear; (r) vandalism; (s) improper maintenance (t) improper repair, service, or disassembly or reassembly by an unauthorized third-party; or (u) any other condition beyond the reasonable control of Fir Audio.
All returns, repairs and replacements outside of warranty (including all costs and expenses of shipping) will be at the customer’s expense.
